La Jolla, California
Project is an ocean front condominium conversion to 12 units from 30 apartments.  Design replicated beach sandstone feature and focused on tropical plants with city mandated reuse of existing plant material.

Encinitas, California
Project is an apartment complex that includes surface parking and parking garage, significant corner signage and planting, pool and planting on deck, walking trails and public side walk.

Sunrise Assisted Living
Santa Monica, California
Project is an assisted living and Alzheimer center with specialty planting and gardens focused on sensory and memory.

Kaiser Permante
San Marcos, California
Project is a medical office complex and design included entry and parking lot planting.

La Vida Real Senior and Assisted Living Center
Rancho San Diego, California
Project is a senior living and assisted living center with seven gardens based on activities with a focused garden with a memory walk for Alzheimer residents.

125 Mozart
Cardiff by the Sea, California
Project was a conversion from a single family residential lot with one structure that was subdivided for 5 additional units.  Design included Master Plan planting and irrigation for a low impact low water use implementation.
