Bressi Spectrum
Carlsbad, California
Project consisted of fifteen small office building, ranging in size from 6,700 - 15,000 square feet. The site is located on Lot 40 of Bressi Ranch. Project required both Planning and Landscape Architecture services.
990 Hope Plaza
Rancho Mirage, California
Project is located on the Northeast corner of Bob Hope Drive and Gerald Ford Drive in the City of Rancho Mirage. This site is zoned for Commercial Use, and in part of the Special Corner / Enhanced Intersection Overlay plan. 990 Hope Plaza consists of 6 one-story office buildings and 1 one-story financial drive through. Building sizes range from 5,200 s.f. to 11,800 s.f. for gross building total of 61,100 s.f. All buildings are ideally designed for medical office and general multi-tenant use. Project required both Planning and Landscape Architecture services.

Project is a 80 Acre business park consisting of corporate office and warehouse space.
Opus Pointe at the Raceway
Carlsbad, California
Project is a multiple unit, multiple lot business park consisting of corporate office and R&D space that included 13 building ranging from 110,000 square feet to 20,000 square foot office condos.
Petco Headquarters
San Diego, California
Project was a 5 story office building and support buildings for Petco. Planned improvements included significant slope stabilization, parking deck planting, penthouse roof deck planting, amphitheater, water features with sculpture, parking lot planting and pedestrian promenades. Project required both Planning and Landscape Architecture services.
Medical Office Building
Rancho Mirage, California
Project is a two building development at a prominent intersection. The design incorporated shade, water and gathering spaces in courtyard and storm water containment in the parking lot.
