Management

Development Manager, BJ’s Restaurant Expansion
Mr. Morrison was responsible for providing property development management services to support the national expansion of BJ’s Restaurants. Managed consultant teams and entitlement processing, negotiating with landlords, review of lease documents and development of prototypes for in-line and pad locations. Expansion sites included multiple locations in California, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas and Washington.

Indio, California
Project is a mixed-use center located at the southwest corner of Highway 111 and Madison Street. The site includes a "fresh" market, food court, large and small retail tenants, and a combination of one and two-story office spaces.

Gerald Ford Business Park
Palm Desert, California
Project incorporated eight (8) two-story office buildings totaling 80,000 square feet, along with an additional 19,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with two convenient drive-thrus.

La Costa Town Square
Carlsbad, California
This 81 acre project under development is located in La Costa and will serve the affluent communities of La Costa, Rancho Santa Fe along with the cities of Encinitas, Carlsbad and San Marcos. The proposed development will be a 448,000 square foot lifestyle center. Approximately 373,000 square feet of grocery, high end retail, entertainment, and service uses. Office and financial uses totaling approximately 75,000 square feet and 14 residential units. The balance of the acreage is slated for 64 single family residential lots.

Project is a 4 story hotel with courtyard and pool.  Design included entry planting, pool design and perimeter planting to mitigate the noise from I-15.
